Delivery Information

As much as we would love to deliver our beautiful products to you wherever you are, at the moment, we only deliver across UAE.

We will soon have International Shipping as well. (yay!)

Delivery Time:

Products are delivered to your address in UAE within 7 days of placing the order.

For International orders within the GCC, it may take upto 10 days.

If your product is made-to-order or requires customization, it will take longer.

For exact shipping time, please refer to the shipping details mentioned in the product description of each product.

Free Delivery:

We offer FREE DELIVERY (within UAE) for all purchases over AED350!

For orders of lower value, a standard shipping rate of AED25 applies for UAE. 

For international shipping, please send us an email on for shipping rates for your country.

Customs Duties for International Shipments:

Orders shipped to countries outside UAE, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches the country.

Any and all such import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country must be borne by the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. Customs policies vary from one country to the other. If you are an international buyer, please contact your local customs office for details.

Please also note that in countries where customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays in the delivery of the products, which are beyond our control.

The timelines indicated on the product page and order confirmation page are indicative of the average time required for International Delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Should you not see the email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders. This is important because if you do not receive this email, chances are you will also not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

We ship through our reputed shipping partners, who will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery of your order.

We aim to ship all your items in a single shipment, however, that may not be possible at times due to the nature of the specific products or availability of the products.

Your entire order is shipped to the shipping address specified on the order page. Should you wish to have the products shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

If you believe that the product is damaged, or the packaging has been tampered with, please DO NOT accept the delivery of the product and contact us immediately via email on We will ensure that a replacement is sent to you at the earliest.
